The contact and support beforehand were very professional, helpful, and accommodating. We are totally thrilled with our residential net, it looks very appealing, is well made, and is a real eye-catcher. The only criticism is the instructions for assembling the residential net. Partly in poor German and hard to follow, especially the lacing or the knots to fix the net took several hours! However, we would definitely recommend the provider, as we are very satisfied with the end product!

Order placed with customer service: attentive to needs, very friendly and available. Delivery within the announced deadlines (4 days). Impressive quality product compared to Decath and others that are certainly cheaper.. Clear instructions but difficult to assemble alone. It is specified that two people are needed for assembly and I confirm that it should be faster!

Good material for now, the spring protector is however a bit too large and makes waves.

I was missing a reception end piece, an end piece used to hold the fiber strapping of the net. Aside from that, the order met expectations, deadline respected. The fact that I was called before the shipment of the order allowed me to modify a reference and thus avoid a return. Really a plus!
