Not yet tried as received this month of November....but no issues with the order and delivery

This was our 2nd order with them, the 1st had no issues but the 2nd was different... problem with the delivery, I had contacted before placing the order, clearly specified the address which was different from the company's headquarters and well not delivered to the right place.... I am disappointed on that side otherwise trampoline conforms to my request

The order was quick. fast and hassle-free delivery. now that Santa Claus does his job, we can effectively rate the product by itself

I was looking for a trampoline that is intended for a small child. Our grandson, 20 months old, can enter the trampoline alone, without an additional step. It is therefore low to the ground. I think that's great. The child can go to the trampoline at any time, at this age one cannot yet speak. For us, the purchase was perfect. Fast and clean delivery.

The product is good, but the installation manual is not detailed enough, especially regarding peripheral lacing and more details could save precious time. Big downside, the manual indicated that the cord would be cut to the right dimensions, which was not the case and it was very complicated to do it with length ratios, moreover the rope tends to fray strongly when cut and it is difficult to stop.

Order poorly received, the protections were marked by creases and many tore during assembly. The ends of the posts arrived a month after the rest of the package which itself was the subject of complaints from me because a month after the order, still no news.

Hello, My net not being rectangular, and the dimensions not being very different two by two, I would have liked markers to be indicated on each side so as not to have to make trials which due to some misfortune undoubtedly forced me to redo it three times before installing the net in the right direction.
