Perfect! Welcome, speed, and quality!

Delivery on time, good quality trampoline, easy assembly, it doesn't seem to be low-end, I hope this will be confirmed with use and over time.

Quality trampoline, maybe a bit too much for our 3-year-old daughter, so I find it a bit hard but it will last over time for sure. Nothing to say about the quality of the service.

Speed of delivery and product as described

The key provided to tighten the trampoline connections needs to be reviewed as it is ineffective or even impossible to compress the fixings with it.

The phone contact was very efficient. The archiving of the original purchase from several years ago allowed us to find the spare part that matched the purchased model.

Item too expensive but of quality. Delivery without problems with short delays

The package was a bit late in arriving (15 days) but the material inspires confidence and security. It is relatively easy to assemble. The hardest part from a physical strength perspective is assembling the springs, but if you use another spring to pull the one you are assembling, it becomes much easier. And on the pleasure side, nothing to say, our teens love it and so do we.

Delivery, assembly, nothing to complain about. High-quality trampoline and already quite a few hours of fun spent on it!!!

Very good material, just a serious problem with the carrier who delivered the packages on a half pallet with the plastic completely torn....To be reviewed. The brackets for fixing the net bars are too small, we had to wait 1 week (it was quick and without difficulties) to get the new brackets. Thank you for better controlling the material when leaving the factory.

Our trampoline (Atmosphere 500 trampoline with safety net) was delivered after careful delivery announcement (multiple emails from Trampoline Technology and by phone from the freight company) - even before the originally expected delivery date, was professionally packaged and could be easily assembled thanks to the included assembly instructions (which we also received in advance by email!). My husband managed it alone, although help would have certainly been useful, as the frames are very massive and therefore heavy. Very solid quality, definitely worth the money. Additionally, a free installment payment with 4 installments was offered during the online purchase. All in all, very good service and professional quality - absolutely recommendable! The verdict of our 11-year-old son, who received the trampoline as a birthday gift: "Better than in the trampoline park!"
