Significant problem in the shipment composition. The boxes are too light in quality to support the weight of the material inside. The packages arrive tampered with, emptied of their contents. 1st shipment refused due to missing ordered parts, 2nd accepted due to urgency in use but unfortunately the same observation. The subcontracting of your packaging and shipments is detrimental to the quality of your products.

Apparently due to a material defect, the metal on one pole nearly broke. *** As a warranty service, I was sent a replacement pole with a thicker material thickness, which does not fit the other parts. Not recommended. Poor customer service. I bought an Ovalie 360 trampoline. The quality of the trampoline is average. For example, the various frame parts and the net do not fit very well. Therefore, the assembly took a long time. Particularly frustrating was that the edge of the net is too short.
