Order placed in October, shipped at the end of January. The tracking indicates 'returned to sender' without arriving at the parcel relay at the beginning of February. I called customer service at the beginning of February for an explanation... Beginning of March still nothing.... incomprehensible.
Seven months between the order and delivery, I think you hold the world record for professional amateurism.
Order took too long due to product shortage, no one keeps you informed of the delivery time. Low quality product torn during installation at almost *** euros, not great.
I ordered a zip line at the beginning of December. Kindly and out of respect for the couriers, I chose the delivery option at Mondial Relay... at the end of December, after 5/7 calls and 3 or 4 trips and 10 texts received announcing a delivery, I finally received the package at the end of December... And now, I am being treated like a thief because you tell me that I received a second one via a carrier whose delivery note mentions a signature that in no way resembles my handwriting... What can I think of this delivery or your company... honestly nothing, just certain, it is that I should never go through Mondial Relay again... Best regards.
Ordered by paying 39 euros for express delivery that arrives drop by drop!!!! The material is of quality but the quality of service remains totally to be reviewed. I would not recommend
Wait due to covid... no problem. The follow-up, a wait of about 2 months to receive my order in several shipments. A real mess between France Trampoline and its transport provider. The provider who comes without warning every time. The carrier who comes to pick up an order that never arrived and for an imaginary return... honestly a sketch and I never complain!
I ordered several items but the site is really poorly designed because the cushion size is not correct, my trampoline being old. As a result, I have to return an item that cost me more than *** euros at my expense (*** euros!). The same goes for the protective cover. I am not happy at all. I am told that it is clear on the site, frankly it is not. The trampoline has the same name and the shape in the picture is recognizable.
Order placed in mid-July and package delivered only at the beginning of September. After contacting the company for information about the package because they are not able to keep you informed themselves, we are told that it is a special order and that in addition to that they do not meet the delivery times indicated on the site. After a possible request for a discount on the price due to the delivery delay, we are told that it is not possible. I therefore recommend ordering standard parts otherwise you risk being very disappointed.

Happy because I found the missing parts at a very low price. But very unhappy with the delivery time, order in April delivered in September. As a result, my children could not enjoy their trampoline.

Material defective! No warranty service! I bought the Oval trampoline 430 about a year ago (2019). Apparently due to a material defect, the metal on one pole nearly broke. *** As a warranty service, I was sent a replacement pole with a thicker material thickness, which does not fit the other parts. Only after my lawyer intervened was my money refunded.
Order still not fully delivered. No follow-up from France Trampoline regarding the delivery despite the promise to take care of it and keep me informed. Order placed in March, I believe... Honestly shameful. The delivery person came while I was on vacation... then without warning to come pick up an order that I hadn't even received. Finally, they delivered 3 quarters of the order still without warning by email or text to find a date. Fortunately, I was present that day... what to say after all that!!

The paint batch was defective: the adhesive and the solvent completely dry!!! I had to make additional purchases which deeply irritated me. My goal was precisely to avoid that which would have justified the high expense for a little paint!!!
If the trampoline received satisfies me, I am however very unhappy with the customer relationship of France Trampoline. I have contacted the company several times (in July and August) by phone to request a quote for 4 identical trampolines. Each time I was received on the phone by a charming person but I never received the requested quote??? What is happening at France Trampoline that does not call back its customers?

Not recommended. Poor customer service. I bought an Ovalie 360 trampoline. The quality of the trampoline is average. For example, the various frame parts and the net do not fit very well. Therefore, the assembly took a long time. Particularly frustrating was that the edge of the net is too short. The customer service from Trampolin Technik confirmed that the entire production batch is affected by this error, but did not offer a replacement and also refused to rectify the defect.

Description of the product in another language, insufficient. For the money, the quality is satisfactory. There was already a small hole at the top of the tent. I will not order anything from this provider again. Very disappointing experience.

Hello, the trampoline is almost new and already has two tears. They are located on the circular protection that protects the lower structure of the trampoline.
Delivery time too long with no precise dates, I have an order that was canceled without my consent and being notified.. so I received a trampoline accessory but without my trampoline 🙂 super useful.
Delay due to coronavirus: ok. Shipment announced but never confirmed.... Announcement of the hypothetical loss of the package following our request long after the scheduled delivery date... Refund proposed and ultimately not made... Re-request from us for the refund... All this is a lot for us. At the same time, we received quantities of items ordered from other suppliers without any issues. All this seems not very professional to us.
Product broken after the second use.
Inadequate bolts for safety. Threading too poorly machined. I replaced them with car joint bolts. And for the installation manual, make more efforts. In short, stop diversifying into leisure or make a big effort.
My trampoline has still not been delivered after 2 months of ordering. The first appointment with the delivery person was not honored by the delivery people, the second appointment was the same. After 3 calls, I learned that the trampoline was broken during the second appointment. No clear information to date on the expected new delivery date.
A product advertised as in stock that was delivered more than a month after the order!
We waited about 3 weeks, often called, and were always told it takes a long time because of Corona. But in reality, the package was sitting in the corner without data and was not shipped. I will not buy anything from this provider anymore.
