Package arrived with difficulty, several changes of parcel relay without being informed. Once arrived, I noticed an error on my part during the order (dimensions of the jumping mat). Customer service responds quickly, I order the new one which arrives quickly. To return the incompatible jumping mat, it’s a hassle, France trampoline does not provide for the return via its carrier, so the return is at my expense and expensive. The package has been here for at least 2 weeks and still no refund. The products are of quality but the after-sales service is not up to par. Too bad. Be cautious when ordering spare parts.

During the reassembly of our jump up 360 trampoline, we lost a plastic spacer that serves as a link between the posts and the feet. We had to buy a set of 16 complete brackets when we only needed one piece (by the way, we have since found the lost spacer!) Ecologically and financially, it is absurd not to be able to buy a common piece separately that is also common to many France trampoline models. Given the quite high price of your models, it would probably be wise to provide 2 or 3 extra accessories in case of loss, as large furniture brands do, which avoids a lot of after-sales service. We received the package 10 days after the order, the post does have delays but it seems to me that it was a private provider.

We believe that the new model of Apollo 400 has worsened at the entrance to the trampoline. It is very tight and is no longer open at the bottom like the previous model. Definitely, the entrance is very narrow. In our case, which is for use by different children and every Saturday, the entrance area will end up breaking very quickly. The assembly instructions are not clear at all (besides not being in Spanish). We had to disassemble what was already assembled several times since the instructions do not warn of the mistakes you can make. Too many hours of assembly.
