Issue with delivery as the provider only offers appointments in the morning and in the end, they come in the middle of the afternoon. Therefore, one has to take half a day off for nothing as they do not come during the indicated time slot.

The treatment with the trampoline staff was excellent too and they were very helpful at all times. We had a problem with some fixings that came in the wrong size and they solved it immediately. I followed the seller's advice who was very accessible and knew his products well. The only problem upon arrival was the size of the trampoline which could have been larger despite my explanations.
