very fast service. We are happy not to be out of spare parts after 3 years of trampoline use. I take this opportunity to indicate some reservations regarding the assembly instructions for the Ovalie trampoline, which seemed a bit light at the time --> more than 1 day of assembly.

I do not regret this investment at all... Arrived within the expected time, of very good quality, easy to assemble, except for two or three small details that could be hindering if you are not used to reading an assembly plan... I highly recommend France Trampoline for their seriousness at all levels... Thank you..

The supplied parts were just right, but there was one defective plastic part to secure the trampoline. I unfortunately lost a screw during assembly. I had to search my garden for a long time to finish the assembly. Instructions not clear on some steps.

Everything perfect. Good materials and good logistics. As an improvement, I would include a more comfortable tool to tighten the nuts. It is very rudimentary and takes a long time and is in an uncomfortable position. A socket wrench would be much better. Thank you very much
