Efficient ordering and delivery process, especially the prior appointment for delivery. Easy assembly, even though the French instructions are incomplete! Fortunately, the English, German, and Spanish versions are complete. The product exudes quality and durability.
I am delighted with this trampoline, which my 3-year-old twins immediately adopted!! They can fit 5 children aged 3 to 9 years, and it's great!!! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, which was delivered really very quickly.

The lady I spoke to on the phone Saturday morning was not great, but the gentleman I spoke to on Monday, with whom I placed the order, was perfect, pleasant, and efficient. Having noticed a small tear in the fabric, I requested advice by sending a photo. FT contacted me by phone, indicated that the warranty on the fabric was valid, and sent me a replacement fabric.
A bit of a problem with the delivery. Delivery was scheduled for one day and was not respected without warning. Huge truck that could not pass by our house, delivered 200m away. Good product
The assembly instructions could be more precise, particularly regarding the orientation of the parts to be respected.
