The materials provided are very serious and of high quality, you can see that it is made to last. Everything works very well and safely. However, we found the assembly very difficult, you really need to be very strong physically to succeed even by following the order given in the instructions. Stretching the trampoline is tedious, the tool provided is ridiculous, you need very good pliers to assemble the legs. But all that is forgotten because the trampoline is really great.

Very happy with your product, even though today there is no longer the net with double door like I had before.

The equipment itself is very satisfactory but an 80x60 pallet for putting 3m long boxes seems a bit tight to me and the boxes ended up a bit damaged during transport.

Excellent products and after-sales service at France Trampoline. We are delighted with our trampoline purchased 7 years ago, which withstands wind, sun, and rain well. We also recently bought fixing brackets to replace the two we broke back then during installation. The after-sales service quickly provided us with the corresponding reference and delivery followed right after the order was placed. Nothing to complain about; it's perfect.

Very good product, looks solid and of good quality. The assembly was just laborious alone. It is better to have two people to assemble the 3m dome to avoid bar shearing during friction until they are assembled with the other elements. In some places, the plastic wrap around the metal bars got damaged. We'll see over time if this affects the strength of the bars. The hammock module is very popular with the children.
