Very serious site, quality material, fast shipping

Everything is correct except for the bottom attachment hooks of the net which broke when we installed them. The quality of these hooks is very disappointing as we are quite cautious and not used to having damaged material.

It's nice to be able to easily find worn parts without having to replace the whole thing that is still functional

Completely satisfied with my order and the way it went, no problem retrieving the package from a collection point (plus there was a €3 discount if we chose this delivery method!), and the tarp I bought is easy to install and seems to be of good quality, I hope now that it will withstand the winter. 😉 I recommend +++!

A small unforeseen event caused the delivery not to happen on time... nothing important, but as time went by, I suspected that the delivery would not take place on D-Day...

Very well done site. The customer service by phone is perfect, I want to emphasize that. The ordered trampoline is of good quality, it shows and it is confirmed when you use it. The assembly is difficult in several phases but we eventually manage to do it. My only criticism concerns the delivery and is therefore directed at the carrier: although an appointment had been set, they showed up two days earlier, without warning, which caused me several types of problems.

Good quality material. Express delivery made within the requested time, in two parts because one part was out of stock. The carrier even went faster than the emails notifying us of the arrival of the packages.

I am very satisfied with this service. Before ordering, I asked questions via the France Trampoline website. The answers were provided directly by an assistant over the phone. Then I placed my order, the item was not in stock but I had just the restocking date and I was delivered before the scheduled date. I was able to choose the delivery date by SMS and I was delivered at the agreed time at my home. I remember two essential points for me when I place an order: having a contact person who is very easily reachable (email, phone) and a customer service that is not overpriced. I therefore recommend the France Trampoline site as well as its delivery company.

France Trampoline ... Super! The only site where I could find the specific jumping mat for my trampoline, with the right details in the description for the choice. The size of the trampoline, the size of the mat, the number of springs, the length of the springs. In short, I had searched everywhere internationally and found it only there. Well, I was a bit disappointed when I saw that the product would only be available around January 2, which for me is more than 2 months, but it's better than ordering, paying, and receiving a nice email telling you that the product is no longer in stock, will only be available in ... and that if you want, we can issue a refund that takes a month to arrive. I speak from experience. But the joke is that the mat was in stock and I received it within the week. It's probably a stroke of luck, but in the end, I recommend!
