A very professional staff who answers all our questions, the Apollo Sport trampoline is of very good quality and very easy to assemble, delivered in a short time, very satisfied with my purchase.
The order was placed very easily, the products arrived very quickly and within a very precise timeframe. The downside is that the trampoline mat (which is outside) does not allow water to pass through well, so after each rain, a bit of water accumulates on this mat. It's a bit annoying. That's why I indicated "average".

I was surprised by the speed of delivery: 2 days. However, I find the delivery price a bit high. But everything has a price!!! We should have the option for delivery time with a reduced rate if the order is not urgent.

Also surprised to receive a weather alert email which allowed me to anticipate and remove the protective net. Otherwise, very strong wind, I weighted the feet with concrete blocks, nothing moved.
