Everything very well, zip line installed and functioning perfectly. The only thing to improve is the brake of the zip line which, although it is good, stops abruptly. A more progressive brake would improve the end of the ride.

Incredible customer service. I received the trampoline 4 years ago. A tree fell on it. I was able to repurchase only the parts that were damaged. I made a mistake on a reference and France Trampoline called me two hours after my order to check if it was intentional. They were able to modify my order and refund me because the part I had chosen was more expensive. I had a doubt about the assembly and I was able to contact customer service who helped me. Really the type of company I want to work with. Thank you France Trampoline!!!
