For the trampoline, I would have rather given 5 stars, I give 4 because of the delivery. The trampoline is very good: it seems solid, the jumping mat is quite flexible but not too much, it's pleasant to jump whether you are a young child or an adult. In terms of assembly, it's a bit long of course but quite easy. So we are happy with our purchase. The downside: the delivery!! I encountered a delivery person who couldn't find an address on his GPS, so he simply didn't come! He came the next day without notifying me while I was at work. And he also does not respect the merchandise, given the state of the boxes and the way he transports them! I reported this to customer service who was very correct and understanding.

Fast and reliable, the product seems to be of very good quality. Good advice before purchase by phone.

Trampoline of very good quality. Meets our expectations. We chose the 'Pack Basic Trampoline Jump’Up 360 with Net + Ladder + Anchoring Kit' and it is quite large; Our 2 youngest aged 6 and 11 have fun together and do not touch each other. I highly recommend.

Quality trampoline, the children and we ourselves are delighted. Just a small downside, the black plastic hook attachments that hold the green cushions are not of good quality!!!
