Normal online order. The next day, I received a call from the shipping service to inform me that the pallet would arrive in 2 days, followed by delivery by a lovely delivery person. And all this in the last week before Christmas!

Honestly, really not bad! Trampoline bought for the holidays, very accommodating and great delivery person, it was nice of him because otherwise Santa Claus would have been late! Trampoline assembled without rushing in 3 hours with two adults and three children testing it as we went along. The material seems solid, the instructions are accessible and it was approved on the spot. Small downside for the anchoring kit which seems light with a strap whose stitching has given way.
