Everything perfect from advice to ordering and through delivery

Nothing to complain about. Delivery without issues. Trampoline easy to assemble (I did it alone with my 2 children aged 5 and 7 😉 ) And everyone is satisfied, from my husband to the children! It's perfect!

I am very happy with my purchase, it allowed us to renovate our 5-year-old trampoline, it is like new and my daughters are over the moon; gymnasts, they were eagerly awaiting the delivery! Everything is perfect!!! Just happiness and smiles from ear to ear!

Very good telephone advice (it helps when you have a non-standard trampoline...) A defect on the received tarp (holes but that can happen), so not happy, but a great after-sales service and a new tarp received a few days later. Tarp of good quality at first glance or rather at first jump... So, the kids are delighted and dad is a hero. Good continuation.

I hope the supports connecting the springs and the fabric are well galvanized. In the previous delivery, they were not, and when they rusted, they caused the premature breakage of the straps. Thank you,***

I am strangely ambivalent because I ordered from you on the recommendation of a friend reassured about the quality. Expect 2 hours of assembly with 2 adults and to carefully follow the axes for placing the ground net. When we use it, apart from the squeaking of the springs with each jump, the kids are safe. My (big) negative points: The drawings in the assembly instructions (ultra pixelated) are better made by my 7-year-old child, especially the sketch for fitting the legs... The day after the first use and protected at night by the protective cover, I noticed that the white paint of the central logo had stained my socks (sic) and the jumping net has parts in nylon that look deconstructed, like knots of sewing threads. I am therefore questioning the longevity of the trampoline, especially since that was the initial idea. I will send the photos to the site to understand if this is an isolated case... or not.

Quality trampoline. Very nice finish. A few delicate points during assembly (The instructions are very precise but lack some details and/or tips at the time of assembly. This is particularly true for the assembly of the sleeves on the foam on the poles of the net holder. For transport, the black film that wraps everything is not strong enough. One of the small packages (the pegs, I believe) could have been lost) But again, very good service... The kids are having a blast.
