Good service overall. The only downside concerns the protectors for the posts. The photo shows 6 protectors while the price is a unit price, without it being clearly stated. We needed 6 protectors and only received one. We had to place another order and pay for shipping again.

Order well executed within the allotted time, the only thing is that we had to block the day to wait for the carrier who finally delivered around 5 PM, and left the package in the alley ?in front of the cars?and did not help us to put it in a more tactical place despite the weight. He explained that many of his colleagues were on vacation and that he was therefore overwhelmed ?hence the late delivery time?and rushed. Regarding the trampoline, it meets our expectations, the only small downside would be the opening to access it we are afraid that the net will wear out over time ?we would have preferred a closure?and we looked if we were going to change it the cost of it is quite significant ?***??and the green protective cover ?to hide the springs?that we cannot put on correctly because of the ladder.

Delivery on time. Slightly deformed box but no damage. Easy assembly and good quality material.

Very good product, the quality is there.. Fits very well in our small garden, relatively easy to assemble. The only downside is the delivery: you have to block the day and no delivery on Saturday.

Good quality. Well packaged. Ladder not easy to assemble. Assembly time is a bit too long. Anchoring system not great. Might need a protective cover. Final result (good finish) is largely satisfactory compared to other trampolines I have had. See wear over time. Best regards.
