Very happy with the overall service. The sales service was easy to reach and helpful. I was able to modify my order and add an item to avoid paying shipping costs twice. The delivery was fast and well packaged. And the quality of the material is excellent. Just a downside on the plastic attachments of the trampolines that are fragile and break almost immediately. The rest is impeccable. My daughters are thrilled.

The equipment is used and VERY much solicited by the whole family, and I must say that after assembling it, I am reassured about the safety of its use. The assembly, despite the mechanical complexity of the whole, is extremely simple (if one strictly follows the assembly procedure, especially for the springs....)
