Good service! We were delivered a larger trampoline at the same price because the delivery could not be made for a long time. We were then asked if we preferred to wait or have another one right away. I found that very professional. However, the delivery person was mediocre. He left us to take everything out of the truck without any help from him. It's the first time I've seen that as we have already had several things delivered.

The delivery is perfect: sms info super! done within the announced hour, package in perfect condition delivered in the yard! Assembly not obvious... in fact, you need to take the time to read the entire brochure to avoid having to disassemble... after reading instructions at the end of explanations... Out of 48 springs, 47 ok ... but the 48th was from another series!!! Delivery of the 48th spring 3 days later by post!

I had a good experience both with the purchase and with customer assistance for placing the order.

No problems with the order, good order tracking, super trampoline. But tedious delivery! How can a company still ask you to be present from 9 am to 5 pm! To arrive with a supposedly too big truck and have to come with my own vehicle to load and pick up my trampoline at the street entrance, with my 14-month-old son. I accepted for fear of being charged for a redelivery.

Good quality trampoline (much better than what you find in some sports stores). Assembly is not too complicated if there are several people. Let's see over time now! I recommend

5/5 for the trampoline. Trampoline with a very good bounce. Feet' ends that also cushion and therefore very quiet to use. 0/5 for the packaging: however, the packaging really leaves something to be desired... packed in a box too small despite the addition of a protective film, you could see through!

The material was missing grip rubber for the tube, but everything else was fine.
