Impeccable delivery, good product. The only downside is that the plastic hooks of the safety net are too tight and some broke on the first use of the trampoline, but a simple call to the seller and he sent me 10 metal carabiners, more resistant. Since then, no issues.

My opinion refers to the carpet with a diameter of 360. The assembly was a bit complicated (we took about 2 hours) but it was worth it. My three daughters (8-5-1) have a blast and I also jump with them from time to time! Guaranteed fun for the whole family and not just... Even the lady from the phone assistance was very available and kind.

Very happy with the overall service. The sales service was easy to reach and helpful. I was able to modify my order and add an item to avoid paying shipping costs twice. The delivery was fast and well packaged. And the quality of the material is excellent. Just a downside on the plastic attachments of the trampolines that are fragile and break almost immediately. The rest is impeccable. My daughters are thrilled.

We were already delighted with our trampoline purchase, and our confidence was reinforced during the urgent order of the peripheral net (net torn by a friend of the children a week before a family gathering). Speed of dispatch. Bravo! We have had the trampoline for about 6 years and have brought it in every winter except for the one that just passed.
