I was very satisfied with the procedure and the product purchased.

It's very pleasant, in this period where the trend is towards the programmed end of objects, to be able to find spare parts. However, a bit hard to swallow to pay 12€ in shipping for an item that costs 3€ and is very light.

The service has been satisfactory, the only serious objection is the quality of the jumping fabric which seems to us of worse quality than the one we bought about four years ago.

I am really very satisfied in all aspects, trampoline conforms to my expectations, very precise explanatory notice, fast delivery and top packaging. I even managed to test the after-sales service because two springs seemed poorly formed and after a simple little email on Sunday evening, they re-sent them to me on Monday morning. Nothing to complain about, keep it up!

The price may seem higher than that of other mats on the market, but the difference is noticeable even to untrained eyes. Assembly is a bit technical but definitely ensures more safety.
