Excellent communication of all phases of product preparation and shipping. The trampoline is of excellent quality and seems very solid, assembly is not very simple (at least two people are needed, more are welcome!) but the result more than compensates for the effort! Delivery was quick, the courier was kind, and the packaging was excellent. A seller absolutely to recommend.

Very satisfied with my purchase, I highly recommend it. Small downside, the plastic hooks, but quickly resolved by the after-sales service who sent me metal hooks. Perfect, my children are delighted. Thank you.
