Shipping and delivery were perfect. The assembly manuals leave something to be desired for occasional DIYers, especially for the foot fixation (orientation of the ergo as once in place it is very difficult to correct).

Delivery on time, quality packaging, clear instructions, 2 good hours of assembly for two ... everything seems very sturdy and meets our expectations and those of the children. just a downside about the door net that does not close completely (a bit too tight?) and since we have many carts in the neighborhood I fear they might settle there for a nap. otherwise nothing to complain about
