The people who assisted us by phone were very nice and helpful. The trampoline arrived in three days. Honestly, I would recommend the product, we are delighted.

Top delivery, fast and package of over 80kg dropped off by the delivery person at my home. Easy assembly, 3 hours nonetheless. Very satisfactory trampoline, already 1 month of frequent use. Suitable for both small and large.

Product conforms to the order, of good quality. Assembly time, 5 hours alone. Chaotic delivery 10 days, an appointment was made and no one showed up and to get the second one, had to call three times.

Excellent trampoline, but delivery was poor... the delivery person was supposed to call before coming, he never did. We had to call several times and their delivery times are incompatible when you work. Eventually, the carrier agreed to come at 8 am one morning before we left for work to drop off the package.

Too bad the protective cover is not part of the lot. If I have the opportunity to present your product I will not hesitate to direct a potential customer to you.
