Order arrived late (afternoon instead of announced morning) due to the carrier, independent of France Trampo. Order arrived incomplete, notified France Trampo by email. France Trampo called me back the same day, apologized for the inconvenience, and IMMEDIATELY resent the missing package without even waiting for the carrier's confirmation: excellent customer service. The trampoline is in accordance with the description.

Very professional, very happy with the quality of the trampoline and finally the ease of setting up the product (I was able to assemble it alone thanks to the instructions and especially the spring clamp. Only small "B MOL" the attachment of the safety net at the base is not very clear in the instructions.

I followed your assembly instructions to the letter, they are not very clear, the different parts are not numbered and moreover the green fabric pole covers you say should be put on after fixing the poles when they should be put on before because the poles are high and we are not tall enough to put them on. SO WE got caught. WE HAD to disassemble it again. Thank you for your efficiency.

Material conforms to the order and is of very good quality (purchase to replace another trampoline). The delivery leaves something to be desired. The telephone reception and appointment scheduling went perfectly, the time slot could be refined in the morning and the driver respected it. But he could not (or did not want to) take the access road to my house, so I had to take my wheelbarrow and eventually bring my car down to carry the package back up. The driver did not have a hand truck and did not help me unload the package (a trampoline weighs a certain amount!). I was clearly the last customer as the truck was almost empty. I have had deliveries before, but this is the first time I had to go get the delivery at the bottom of my path; fortunately, the fuel delivery driver does not make me go back and forth with a bucket.

We received the trampoline quickly, it was in accordance with our requirements. Indeed, we bought it for our 3-year-old daughter and we wanted to be able to use it between adults as well. The model purchased was the Booster 490. We are fully satisfied. Moreover, the customer service is excellent, as a defective spring was quickly replaced upon delivery.
