Excellent quality material, timely delivery. No problems to report. The trampoline is of a quality far superior to anything found in the 'large distribution'. Product to recommend!

Very fast and punctual delivery, assembly a bit long and laborious but successful. From the first days, several plastic hooks broke; we are down to 6. I just contacted FT who immediately sends me replacement hooks with advice regarding a possible poor distribution of the net that could explain this breakage. Always very friendly contact. Very satisfied with this purchase that delights the boys.

The product is of good quality, however, the plastic hooks for securing the protection around the mat are fragile and break easily (already 2 breaks).

I ordered a Wahou 460 trampoline. Before finalizing my order, I contacted France trampoline 2 or 3 times for advice and additional information. Each time, the response was very quick and effective. I then received the package (waiting time a bit longer than expected but still fast). And we are all delighted with the quality of the material.

Good quality product, assembly is quite easy once you understand the instructions. The jumping mat seems really too small at the beginning of the assembly compared to the frame but it retracts under the tension of the 84 springs! K+N road carrier very inflexible about appointments, you need to reserve a whole day.

Excellent handling of our order and great responsiveness. However, for the delivery, the delivery company did not contact us to set up an appointment. As a result, we were unable to apply your verification advice. However, we thank you for your professionalism and the quality of your material and services.
