Very good service. The product is very good.

Fast delivery. Excellent quality product (jump'up 300). Easy assembly, very clear instructions. Our 3 children (13-8-3 years) are delighted and so are we 😊 France trampoline was recommended to us by friends and we did well to listen to them. Certainly more expensive than products sold on discount sites or other sports stores but of super quality. We recommend France trampoline.

The carrier was supposed to contact me before delivery to arrange an appointment. No contact was made. Delivery was made to a neighbor...! Big lack of trust if a future purchase were to be made.

The informational brochure could be improved by indicating the assembly method. Otherwise perfect.

Robust material and generally well designed. The instructions could be more explicit to avoid assembly errors (orientation of the legs, direction of the net, etc.). The lower attachment of the net to the springs is a disaster (the attachments break one by one). I managed to secure all the attachments with a cord that goes around under the spring area.

The charming seller on the phone took a long time to find my customer file and must have an outdated computer system or does not know how to use it well. He informed me perfectly and advised me perfectly. Excellent value for money. High-quality product (a competing product of 4m20 has only 90 springs, here for the 4m30 there are 230 springs). Instructions need improvement for the ladder and anchoring.

Speed, efficiency

I find that the black carabiners are not sturdy, and as soon as we ask to resend them, we have to send a photo, it's complicated!!!

A priori satisfied with the quality of the product, but we will have to wait a few years to see how it ages. (The trampoline is disassembled and stored during the first frosts and reassembled in spring).

Delivery on time, price correct compared to the high quality of the received product.

Very good quality trampoline, solid and reassuring. Assembly is easy, but you should plan several hours (about 3 for the oval). Only downside: the carrier did not contact us before coming to the house... Fortunately, he was able to return 2 hours later and we managed to be there... But that doesn't take away from the seriousness of the trampolines.
