Very happy with the products themselves, only the delivery method was not up to my expectations...

The delivery was made on time. The material corresponds to my order. No issues.

Nothing to complain about, very good solid trampoline and thanks to the video that helps a lot to assemble the trampoline.

Quick service by email and phone. Fortunately, there was a video for assembly because the technical sheet does not correspond to our trampoline! Very satisfied with the quality. Our daughter is delighted with the size to progress... She does competitive gymnastics.

I placed an order. Unfortunately, after receiving it, the order did not suit me. After checking the terms and conditions, I have to pay €31 for the return and with the risk that they retain up to 50% of the order amount if the package has been opened. This seems necessary to realize that the order does not suit...

First of all, I am very satisfied with the customer service for the information before ordering. I received personalized and technically adapted responses to my requests. Package received in good condition. As for the product itself, the trampoline is beautiful (maybe a bit too much for still young children!) but you can really see the difference visually with a supermarket trampoline or one from ***. It has nothing to do with it. Here, we have a real quality product for both children and adults. However, it took us at least 3 hours to assemble it... the assembly booklet needs to be revised. In particular, the things to pay attention to are generally indicated at the end of the paragraph. That's my only downside!

Our daughter does competitive gymnastics. She went through the fabric of our previous trampoline! We can therefore affirm that your material is really of very high quality. The only downside is the instructions and assembly explanations that must be thoroughly reviewed.
