Very good commercial service. Very short delivery times respected! Material that seems solid. Assembly a bit long. The safety clips for each piece of the frame should have been present everywhere to secure the assembly. The springs are designed for assembly without disassembly. I had to create a tool for easy disassembly, otherwise it is too hard. Once assembled, beautiful quality and the product is very responsive. I am satisfied with the quality/price ratio.

Hello, Just a small remark about the delivery, the packages were delivered in a sad state. In doubt, I noted on the delivery slip 'subject to unpacking'. Because I thought that some material might have been damaged during transport. I even have photos to prove it. But fortunately nothing was damaged. Perfect service. Replacement of the jumping mat under warranty after 4 years of use, following initial tearing: no issues since. Replacement of the net and protective cover after 5 years of use, and extreme temperatures (-15° in the north to heat in the southwest in full sun): no issues since. The children, as they grow up, still enjoy using it... Small detail: the net seems thinner than the previous one. Second detail: a jumper weighs more than 80kg.

Order and delivery superb. The trampoline itself is perfect 'solid' aesthetic, the safety net is of very good quality. I even had to use customer service because the upper protection foams were missing at delivery, after contact I received the foams within 3 days.
