Excellent provider Reliable material and very good quality Only the trampoline roof was really complicated to assemble

Hello, I bought two trampolines for delivery to two different addresses. I am therefore surprised that I was not offered the referral offer. I would have been interested in a voucher for the second order. Regards.

Very good phone contact with France Trampoline. However, I will have to wait until I have installed the trampoline at the end of March-beginning of April to know if everything is OK with the delivery. I hope I won't be disappointed.

Very good phone relationship with the sales service. Received yesterday in very correct packaging... Now, we just need to assemble it to judge the quality but so far everything is compliant.

We are happy with the products and the after-sales service but a bit less with the delivery because the carrier absolutely did not check where we lived (in a dead end in the countryside) and arrived with a huge truck for a simple trampoline.... we had to fight with the driver to deliver to the indicated address with his pallet truck (luckily he had one!) and not at the entrance of the dead end. Better, our neighbor was delivered at the village stadium next door!

The website could be a little more user-friendly (difficulties finding the part among the number displayed; the sections a bit disorganized and the back navigation in the pages disconcerting. However, a confirmation of the order after a phone call from customer service pleasantly surprised me. Very secure packaging, very fast shipping and delivery. Very good!
