Serious company. Staff who knows how to 'go the extra mile' when there is an unforeseen event (palette inversion in my case). The equipment is well up to expectations. I ordered a Waouh 390, my children can't get enough of it and neither can I (1 hour a day). The day I find it too small, I will order an Apollo 500!

Good quality trampoline, fairly easy assembly. Downsides: -missing some information in the assembly documentation (the plastic protections to place on the polystyrene of the net poles) -legs found slightly bent in the box _the frame of the net has to be looped without pinching fingers and being careful not to break it (seems quite fragile). I have doubts about its lifespan.

After only a month of use, the trampoline springs have stretched, oxidized, and cut despite following the instructions.

With three children who perform unpronounceable tricks for me (kork, back, front, etc.), it was time to move to a larger and more efficient model. Quality of the mat, thickness of the tubes, robust design of the frame (doubled on the sides for added rigidity), very professional and friendly customer service.
