Very fast and punctual shipping. Small weaving defect of the net immediately addressed and a new net sent within three days. High-quality material to make children and parents happy. An improvement in the assembly instructions to avoid having to undo and redo would make everything top-notch.

The package arrived on time. The only small downside is the packaging. Just a plastic wrap around the package. Slightly torn.

The site is very well done, the product is satisfactory and easy to assemble and the deadlines were respected. The small downside is not related to your company, but to the carrier, who offers a very wide time slot for the delivery of the goods (this requires organization for a whole day - 9am to 4pm, whereas it could be limited to half a day, or even call 1 hour in advance).

Fast without (bad) surprise

Fast delivery, assembly quite simple but the technical sheet lacks detail like for the trampoline legs, you need to align the holes well to clip the legs to the ground. Very good quality material, good bounce, it brings joy to both adults and children.

Quality product matching the description, apparently of good quality to be confirmed in a year. However, the instruction manual was written by someone who has never assembled this type of product (3m60). Major errors or omissions were noted which caused many difficulties during assembly.
