Too long. Lack of information on the duration. Lack of friendliness.
The delivery was catastrophic: the first one arrived on a pallet that was too small, one leg was broken. I immediately spoke on the phone with someone very nice from France Trampoline who told me they would immediately resend my order express, but I had to wait another week to receive the second one which was on the same pallet barely more protected but fortunately intact, without an email confirmation or phone call, which raises stress when you see marked delivered on the tracking but it has not arrived... it would be good in this case to inform the customer of the REAL evolution of the delivery!!!
One part is not suitable and proves to be unsafe for the use of the whole. We did not receive a response to our request made by email with attached photographs as requested. We cannot develop our site with this type of material under these conditions.

Hello, I ordered two goal walls for the trampoline from you on April 2, 2020, and paid for them immediately via PayPal. On your site, you mention a shipping time of 2-5 working days. Today is April 14, 2020, and unfortunately, our children now have no Easter gift, and despite already sent emails and attempted phone contact, you have not yet gotten in touch with me. On March 19, I ordered two protective edges and have not yet received them even though they were in stock. Last year everything worked perfectly, but this year, I have called 4 times and each time I was told it is on the way. As of now, April 14, I still have not received them.
The net is too small, it does not close completely. However, it is indeed the correct reference.
The package arrived late compared to the date it was said and I had to go pick it up at the carrier if not it would have taken another 7 days, not a good order for me, I do not recommend

I have had my trampoline for several years, I had to change parts after a storm because it flew away despite the anchoring kit. I bought a net that according to the description was supposed to fit but in reality it is smaller than my trampoline because it is too tight and the zipper keeps opening, the poles that were supposed to fit are too high compared to the current ones and therefore impossible to install, as well as a fiberglass spring that is too small even though it was also supposed to fit. In short, I contacted customer service and have been exchanging emails and photos with them for over a month to find out if an exchange is possible at least for the net because we will find solutions for the rest given the turn of events. A month later, I was told that the net is certainly too small for my trampoline but that in the photos I am missing a pole and that it is probably poorly attached, so it’s a never-ending cycle. I will soon put my trampoline away for the winter period and then I will no longer be able to provide photos and I feel that I will keep a very expensive order with products that I have to modify myself to fit my trampoline. In summary, it is better to buy a complete trampoline than spare parts, especially from France Trampoline. Given the turn of events, I regret not having called them and placing my order with an advisor.
The site offers free deliveries that are not really free. Right after the order, I received an email indicating that since I did not choose the option at *** that allows scheduling a delivery appointment, I would be charged *** per package in case of absence. My order included 2 packages, shipped 1 day apart which forced me to take 2 days off. I call that ***.
The delivery times announced on the website are *** for my department. They *** the choice at the time of purchase. The delivery provider was defective, reinforcing the delivery delay.
The net ordered as a replacement is not of the same quality as the previous one. The 2 edges do not meet, the previous one had 2 zippers and therefore a much easier way to enter the trampoline.

Delivery ok Product does not match what I was looking for (incompatible with the trampoline model I had). I probably looked incorrectly but I ended up with 8 pieces that will be of no use to me.

Hello, when ordering, the item did not appear to be restocking and the delivery date was indicated as May 17. I contacted your service to find out when I would be delivered, and it was then that your logistics provider sent me a message on May 16 that the appointment could not be made to honor May 17, even though I had made personal arrangements to receive it. It was finally received on the 21st. I had to organize other arrangements for my son's birthday on May 19. I sent a complaint to your service and am waiting for confirmation of the sending of a replacement item.

Difficult to give a positive review because the purchased fabric should have been under warranty. Indeed, the fabric had a lifespan of less than 5 years under moderate use in a secondary residence. Our previous trampoline lasted 17 years with more intensive use. The offered shipping costs are nothing more than a stopgap. There is clearly a quality problem at France Trampoline.
Order poorly received, the protections were marked by creases and many tore during assembly. The ends of the posts arrived a month after the rest of the package which itself was the subject of complaints from me because a month after the order, still no news.
The product received did not fit my 2 mm tubes... The product becomes very expensive with shipping costs.

Consider changing carriers because they do not contact you for the delivery day, moreover if you have it delivered to work, they deliver the package to reception without me being able to check the contents and not on the indicated day. This harms your image.
