I am disappointed with the product. Indeed, when we bought the jump 250 trampoline, the net opened in an L shape with Velcro and plastic carabiners. The one we received opens with a vertical zipper, which complicates getting in and out of the trampoline. I would have preferred 2 zippers to maintain the L access.
Good product, a torture to assemble but maybe I just got a bad number. You really need to review your assembly process and the manual which can be confusing at certain stages. When you ask to put lubricant to assemble the base arches (personally I had to bring out the 5kg hammer to do the job, more than the W40), it means you do not master your assembly tolerances and your suppliers. As for the pliers provided with the material, it's a joke, usable only by people with calluses on their hands. Embarrassing for a company that claims to be a trampoline leader with strong experience for 30 years... you need to stop the DIY and believe that your customers have the build of a rugby player, especially given the price paid. Decathlon products are cheaper and simpler to assemble, even if assembled in China.
I quickly received the packages containing the trampoline, the assembly booklet is not always easy to understand, I had to watch tutorials on the internet which sometimes did not explain the same thing. the very very large - the edge cushion that protects the metal structure: the foam is very thin and the edges always rise and do not cover the structure properly, my son got injured because of that. Moreover, the ends where the net is attached being semicircular do not allow it to hold properly. I really thought I was getting a high-quality item by buying from France trampoline but I am very disappointed with the material I chose.
The product is great. The kids have a blast with the climbing dome and the accessories. However, the punctuality and information about the delivery date were poor. It was delivered weeks later than announced and insufficiently informed.
Disappointed! My order is not complete, there is a missing item in the purchased pack and during installation several plastic hooks broke.

The online order went very well but the delivery was catastrophic! Rescheduled for delivery multiple times by the DPD company and no respect for delivery instructions! Anyway, the package arrived a week late!!! At the price of delivery. This is more than abusive!? unhappy customer....

I ordered from France trampoline because you seem very professional at first glance. Unfortunately, only at first glance. The services provided did not match those promised, the papers for the tax exemption were never filled out by France trampoline, so I had to pay VAT twice.. Thank you...., the promised gift not delivered due to a 'mistake' by the marketing department, etc... I called to claim, politely, calmly, what was missing.... I was told that France trampoline made a mistake, that the advertisement on the site was incorrect, the person on the phone did not understand how a tax exemption worked, etc... No apologies, no solutions..... Very very amateur.

Reception in time of my replacement net for a Boost'up 390 trampoline... But the frame made up of several fiberglass rods is too short. I had to remove pieces from the top frame to try to complete the bottom one... As a result, the whole thing is fragile. Therefore, at least 50cm of fiberglass rod is missing at the bottom of the net to have something solid. Too bad.
The person I spoke to on the phone for a return due to a size error was not very friendly and not very attentive. I called back a second time a few minutes later and it was the same person who answered. She was supposed to send me a spring that I never received.
Unfortunately, the delivery took almost a month. The site states 3-5 days, I find it unacceptable. However, the product is very satisfactory.
The original net became dangerous after 5 years, a child passed through it. Product advantage always available but big logistics delivery problem... More than a month without you even knowing where the product was. Then after several calls, the file was taken over by a competent person and the net was delivered the next day!
I went to pick up the JUMP-UP 390 trampoline on April 11, assembled it on Saturday, April 16, contacted customer service on April 19 after Easter Monday for a missing spring. It is now May 17 and the missing spring still hasn't arrived...

If the product overall is of good quality, the assembly is far too complex and long. The plastic hooks are very weak and break easily
The ordered goods were not available and an alternative product was sent without comment. This was picked up again, but the total amount paid was not refunded. Just a hassle for me.
Honestly overpriced this protective mat ordered compared to the price of the complete trampoline. And this despite a small commercial gesture from customer service. There is a lack of a sustainable development approach. It feels like it's more profitable to buy a brand new complete trampoline.

For the quote, the technician on the phone and the delivery nothing to complain about! But on the other hand, the new tubes ordered do not have the same powder coating finish and being in construction and knowing the prices I know it's a matter of economy and for the fiber rods it's the same, I received 10 cm scraps to go around the trampoline and without string, it looks more like reconditioning and at a high price than new! Too bad…
Product good, everything complete. Delivery time is advertised on the homepage as 2-5 days, which was one of the reasons for choosing this provider, we needed the product quickly. After about 2 weeks, we inquired by phone, the gentleman we reached on the phone seemed rather burdened and uninterested. Delivery by freight forwarding after about 3 weeks was correct, unfortunately much too late. Too bad.

Quality products but, despite a relatively early order, the gifts did not arrive for Christmas.. Main gift for the children, we were therefore forced to buy additional gifts so they had something under the tree... Big disappointment therefore.

Not seeing the order arrive on time, I called. The order was left "in limbo"! for no reason! Too bad during the Christmas period! Luckily I called! Otherwise, good reception on the phone, and product matching expectations.
First, a completely wrong, very large and heavy item was delivered. The right one was much smaller and was then sent relatively quickly. Storing and returning the large item cost me some effort. There wasn't even a thank you for that.

Material conforms to the request, however a negative note on the delivery, the package arrived torn with parts scattered at the back of the truck, the delivery person was not sure that these parts belonged to this package. Following this mishap, I am not certain about a future order.
