Good ability to supply spare parts (in this case a trampoline mat). BUT: when ordering, I was told delivery within 5 days. Once the order was placed (and paid), I received an email saying 'in restocking' without any indication of a provisional delivery date! Then, good surprise, a few days later an email announces that the package is being prepared. Couldn't this delay have been indicated to me at the time of the order?

I am very satisfied with France trampoline, I had a very efficient phone contact, my requests were respected. However, I am quite unhappy with the carrier who did not deliver on the announced day: we lost an entire day waiting for a delivery that never arrived.

Perfect from A to Z. I had to call for information, very well received. The transport was top-notch, be careful, for the assembly of the trampoline which still requires half a day for two, and especially you need to watch the video on the site which is very well made. I would probably have taken less time to assemble it. ***

To recommend, assembly with clear instructions, materials, ladder, protective net of good quality, we will see over time but it seems much sturdier and of better quality than anything seen at friends (*** etc..)

Solid material and top dimensions. deliveries ahead of schedule, for the jumping mat, 15 days early and for the protective cushion 1 day in advance. serious work.

The assembly instructions are unclear on some points, particularly the fittings of the trampoline legs with the integrated springs that are not indicated. The optional fixing kit does not seem very reliable and therefore seems unnecessary. But excellent quality of the trampoline itself.

Quality service: I was contacted by someone before delivery to ensure that I had requested the right product (trampoline mat). Fast shipping. Only negative point: the choice of one or the carrier. Difficult to be there for delivery. Carrier difficult to contact (website only) and does not respect the new requested passage. When the packages are small, it would be nice to be able to choose delivery to a relay point.
