We just had a problem with the carrier who indicated a delivery on Friday afternoon, but we were delivered on Monday. France Trampoline did everything to ensure that the delivery went smoothly. The trampoline meets our expectations exactly, the children love it. The assembly was long but that’s normal, and the instructions are quite clear. Super fast shipping: ordered Monday morning received Wednesday in Idf. Thank you! Assembly in one afternoon by me (a mom) and two children (9 and 12 years old) for the greatest happiness of the little brother of 4 years as it was the birthday gift, so assembly relatively easy ... Just a downside: one of the attachments of the protective net broke right away. But everything else is perfect. Based on the advice obtained by phone, I opted for the Jump'Up 360 Trampoline Pack + Net + Ladder. I do not regret at all even if in the end the whole thing is already of a nice size and does not fit in a small corner of the garden... It allows my 4 children, even their friends, as observed during the birthday party, to have fun like little crazy but in a secure way provided that some simple rules and common sense are respected. Very fast delivery as we requested for a birthday. Appointment with the carrier ok. Trampoline to be assembled by at least two people, it is of good quality, the net provides very good protection as it is well fixed with the mat. The kids are having a blast!!!!

We were very satisfied with our trampoline and the children are delighted, we have 3 boys aged 13-10-2 years. The delivery was only one day late so we are satisfied. Regarding the assembly, it was a bit more difficult, the assembly instructions should be revised and especially indicate the location of the springs with colors to avoid wasting time. As for the quality, nothing to compare with those sold in Decathlon or other stores. You can buy with your eyes closed.

Nothing to say, impeccable. Very fast delivery, careful packaging. We opted for the oxygen model 3m60. My daughter is having a blast and I admit, the parents too. This model is very secure thanks to the positioning of the net before the springs. The trampoline seems really very robust. Let's not kid ourselves, we bought it for us parents too and I was afraid that 3m60 would feel small but in fact it's already more than enough...
