Fast and punctual, very good.

I highly recommend France Trampoline, a very serious company with exceptional service quality, transport, and equipment. For our Jump'up 360 trampoline, it works wonderfully, our daughter plays on it safely. We also tried it, the bounce is very nice and the reliability is there. A technical point to improve would be to have factory-marked references for the assembly of the mat to avoid mistakes in the order of the springs. Finally, I can tell you that in our housing estate, we have noticed other trampolines from your company. Highly recommended without fail.

I was not contacted to arrange a delivery appointment. One day, the delivery person came unexpectedly and called me because he was in front of my house and there was no one there. I do not find this method very serious. Especially since the site states that a second delivery attempt will be charged. As for the quality of the trampoline, I am completely satisfied.

Quality product in line with our expectations. It is advisable to read the assembly instructions thoroughly before starting, this avoids having to redo everything. Our little one is over the moon, and so are we. Thank you.

Delivery quite fast, however the delivery person, in my absence, left the packages behind the wall of the fence!!! not very professional!!! fortunately the trampoline was not damaged or anything...

Very fast delivery, product appearing to be of good quality. squeaks when in use (quite annoying) but still comfortable during jumps. assembly, plan at least two hours with the net.

Delivery for the trampoline by carrier was very good. For the hammock, the carrier left the package in a parcel relay, so very disappointing transport.
