Already 1 month of intensive use by the whole family and it's pure happiness! During installation, we noticed a tear on the jumping mat and a new mat was immediately sent to us. We are therefore very satisfied with the product and the customer service. Nothing to complain about.

Product quality satisfactory and corresponding to the description except for its dimension: ordered and paid for a round trampoline of 4.60 m in diameter. delivered a trampoline of 4.30 m in diameter. I realized this when measuring it to order a protective cover. Is compensation possible?

Quick response and delivery times

The stock shortage was 15 days longer than expected. Too bad...! But the big issue is the delivery: Poor delivery service: 1st delivery without notice => No one to receive it, we asked the delivery person to wait 20 minutes and he left... Difficult to get a second appointment...

Very good quality trampoline. Just a detail regarding the assembly: at step 2B p31 of the manual, be careful to first assemble the W(5) tube on the legs (6) and then start assembling everything on the T-junctions, remove the W(5) tube and finish assembling the legs (5) on the T-junctions. Because the legs have a mounting direction not specified in relation to the W(5) tubes.

Very good trampoline, a real joy for both big and small. the wait was a bit long for out-of-stock products, well compensated by the apparent quality of the product and the good sensations offered. hoping this trampoline lasts for many years.

The delivery went well: phone contact, competent delivery person, it changes from other brands... The product (Jump up 3.60 m with net) is well packaged, assembly goes well with a bit of concentration. In use, the trampoline is solid and of quality. In short, I would do it again without any problem!

An excellent service, a very good customer service

Very good: delivery pre-announcement the day before and notice once arrived on site, which allowed to 'take delivery' in our absence (and avoid a second presentation!)

We hesitated due to the price but it is a good product; it seems to be of excellent quality and much better than the one we had before. We hope it lasts over time... The whole family is delighted! Thank you for the hammock as a gift!

The product provided meets our expectations. Regarding the delivery, knowing that the delivery person has our phone number, it is regrettable that he does not take the trouble to contact us when he finds the door closed at the customer's address. Purchase of a 430 trampoline, some springs were missing but they were delivered quickly. I then ordered the protective cover which was delivered the day after the order... what more can I say...

Hello, I had good phone contacts before purchasing the trampoline. Our purchase corresponds to the description and our needs. We had a rusty steel connector inside. 3 plastic attachment systems broke: one during assembly and 2 others in operation. France Trampoline reacted quickly by sending a new connector and about ten attachments. Very good after-sales service so far. The assembly guide is generally good but could probably be optimized by improving the graphic quality and realism of some sketches. It's only been a month since we got the trampoline, we'll see how it ages over time. This evaluation should be redone in 2 or 3 years. The anchoring kit should be provided as standard with the trampoline to align with the safety objectives displayed by the site.
