Indeed, for an item weighing less than 25kg, if you wish to return the product via our carrier, the return shipping costs are €31 including tax. You can also return your item via THE POST if you wish, of course. If you return the product clean, new, and well packaged, there will be no deduction, of course. Due to abuses, we had to mention such a level of deduction to protect ourselves from people returning non-resalable products as new while having announced otherwise. If you wish to return your product, please confirm it to us, and we will provide the return address of our warehouses. Very good quality, nothing to compare with what is found in stores.
First of all, I am very satisfied with the customer service for the information before ordering. I received personalized and technically adapted responses to my requests. Package received in good condition. As for the product itself, the trampoline is beautiful (maybe a bit too much for still young children!) but you can really see the difference visually with a supermarket trampoline or one from ***. It has nothing to do with it. Here, we have a real quality product for both children and adults. However, it took us at least 3 hours to assemble it... the assembly booklet needs to be revised. In particular, the things to pay attention to are generally indicated at the end of the paragraph. That's my only downside!
