Speed of delivery. Solid packaging. A bit complicated assembly of the trampoline needing tools but once assembled, a quality trampoline with a great safety net.

I am very happy with the ordered material, it is of quality and was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. It corresponds exactly to what I expected.

Very complete website that allowed me to make the right choice. We ordered the item before our holidays and expressed the wish to be delivered upon our return from holidays. The logistics were perfect. The product is great and my children use it every day since its acquisition. I believe that only winter days will prevent them from using the trampoline. Thank you.

Having had an issue with damaged net poles due to a strong gust of wind (storm), we ordered the damaged elements. Very responsive service and good advice. Order received by carrier the day after the order.

No issues with the trampoline. Good quality and easy to assemble. However, the delivery person was unpleasant with a backache that prevented him from delivering the boxes to the right place without help. (we have a slight rise between the gate and the house) Even after suggesting to separate the boxes and make several trips, he left the boxes at the gate. Very unpleasant person.

Trampoline of very good quality. Aesthetic. The attachments of the mat seem solid, to see in use. The only downside is regarding the attachments of the poles holding the net, which move a bit. Overall, a very good product for the whole family.

Delivery times respected. Material conforms and of quality. The instructions should absolutely draw attention to the assembly of the vertical tubes in the 'T' parts while respecting the future alignment of the foot locking holes. Disassembling these tubes is strictly impossible and I had to drill new holes to receive the foot locking system.

We ordered a 3m trampoline two weeks ago which was delivered on time and in good condition. The assembly was easy and the elements seem to be of very good quality. My son and daughter are delighted. We hope that the quality of the trampoline remains good over time.

Perfect order on site in Bordeaux with good advice. Very complicated delivery. Use by children very appreciated but inappropriate for an adult: a broken hook on the first jump.

I ordered an Ovalie trampoline. Regarding the trampoline, nothing to complain about the quality of this product which makes my children happy. Regarding the delivery, the requested period was respected. Finally, upon receiving the package, 4 small pieces were missing. The after-sales service reacted very quickly and delivered the missing pieces to me in less than 48 hours.

Highly recommend without hesitation!!! The trampoline was ordered on a Sunday evening and received the following Friday. Complete trampoline and assembled without problems. One can only recommend such a product, especially when comparing it to the low-cost trampolines that most people buy. The structure is very rigid, the nets are robust, and the trampoline is very secure. In short, it's the best. Since I installed it, my 4-year-old son and his friends have been having fun for hours!!!! The price may seem a bit high, but one must not forget that quality comes at a cost... I hope to keep this trampoline for many years!!!

The small weight noted in the provided tools was missing from the package, apart from that the assembly is a bit long but the result is very good.

Very nice trampoline, good workmanship, very good quality fabric quite close to club trampolines. However, big downside for the assembly instructions, with nonexistent explanations and sketches that do not show the order of the different steps, especially for the structure. Assembly of the fabric ok. The assembly video on the site indicates 1h30, you need to count more than double.

Perfect!!! ahead of schedule for delivery too... a nice surprise.
