We gave our 5-year-old son a 360 cm trampoline with the trampo foot. It deserves 5 stars for sturdiness, safety, etc... but we encountered delivery problems. Nevertheless, customer service was present and attentive. So no regrets for this investment that delights both young and old

The assembly instructions are exemplary and the trampoline is very well designed. You have to pay the price, but the quality is there; which is very important for such a purchase. Fast delivery and on time. A few small remarks nonetheless: 1. The protective covers to be slipped over the poles of the safety net are not mentioned in the instructions; we realized this at the end, which forced us to remove the net. 2. It is also not specified in the instructions that two fasteners must be mounted on each pole. It seems logical during assembly, but it is not written; only visible on the explanatory diagram. 3. More annoyingly, the plastic hooks used to attach the net break easily, either during installation or through wear. I advise users to replace the broken ones with metal hooks that you can find in a hardware store.

Fast and efficient

This trampoline is of very good quality, as well as the finish. Safety has also been well thought out. I recommend.

Easy assembly. The quality seems to be very good. However, we will have to see in use. It's a shame that the carrier specifies delivery 'between 8 am and 6 pm'. The customer loses a day to receive their package.
