No issues for us, both in terms of communication and delivery quality. Good quality product, to see over time! Like many complaints, assembly instructions not detailed enough...

No problem with the shipping and it was quick, they listened to us regarding the delivery date. Box in good condition and trampoline of very good quality. The instructions sometimes lack precision for certain assembly steps.

Very disappointed. The plastic attachments to hold the safety net are of mediocre quality, really a shame. Half of them broke during the first jumps. For this price, they could have made more effort.

The site is very well done, the product is satisfactory and easy to assemble and the deadlines were respected. The small downside is not related to your company, but to the carrier, who offers a very wide time slot for the delivery of the goods (this requires organization for a whole day - 9am to 4pm, whereas it could be limited to half a day, or even call 1 hour in advance).
