I am slightly happy, having received my order, as for the first package (trampoline) it was poorly packaged, it had very thin plastic, and half of the bed was exposed, it seems that it was not damaged, I won't know until I set it up; however, the hammock was received perfectly packaged, and in its box, everything else was quite good; I will continue being a customer, best regards M*

Nothing to complain about, I have had a Decathlon trampoline for 4 years, there is no comparison, these are not comparable products.... Transitioning from a 2.40m to a 3.90m, this gigantic playground for children has pleased my two boys without any issues. 10 years old for the one who is 3 years old, they are having fun together. The product seems robust and stable from the first uses, even with 4 monsters aged 3 to 18 inside simultaneously,...... No regrets after a few nights of surfing the internet, I remain convinced that my research led me to the right choice...... With a few months of hindsight, I hope to say the same, it's a shame that often reviews are mainly made upon receipt of the products,......

Very good material and good quality. Assembly is long and could be simplified with color codes like colored rings for reference points. You need at least two people and especially have the right tools. The ones provided are not sufficient and do not facilitate the work.

Hello to the entire France-Trampoline team, We wanted to thank you for the serious follow-up and the speed with which we were delivered in our northern city. Phone call on Monday to order, payment accepted on Tuesday, order prepared on Wednesday, Thursday holiday, Friday: phone appointment, Monday delivery. Great! The weather being capricious here, we only assembled it two days after receipt, and without any difficulty. We are completely satisfied with our quality purchase. Our three children aged 3, 6, and 11 are even more so! Even in case of a problem, the after-sales service is responsive and attentive to the customer; our defective net hooks under warranty were changed and sent back to us promptly in 2 days! The France-Trampoline service is top-notch! You pay a price at purchase, but at least: quality is guaranteed in the long term! Best regards, a delighted family.

Delivery was on time. However, we had to drill some 'forgotten holes' on a series of parts to assemble the trampoline.

Overall satisfied with the product and the children have a lot of fun. Problem with the plastic hooks holding the bottom of the net. In one week, 5 hooks broke.

Delivery time too long: 15 days, due to a bridge and a public holiday, but that does not explain everything (late departure of the package by France Trampoline). However, our remarks were heard since the company sent a small consolation gift to my son. It's not the value but the gesture that counts. As for the products received (trampoline mat + spring), they meet our expectations.
