Easy to order and fast delivery however we had taken the small trampoline as a free option and instead we received the football net. We contacted trampoline France to inform them of the error and they told us that there was no more small trampoline but that they would call us back. It's been 10 days and still nothing. Too bad the product is great but the customer service is not great
