I wrote them a note asking them that the shipping address of the bed was not the postal address, since the place where I wanted the delivery is a property where there are no streets, and I indicated that in the address sent they would explain how to get to the site. Nothing to say about the material, however the partner carrier is not the fastest (one week after delivery by France Trampoline). Nothing too bothersome for leisure material but other carriers are much faster
