Material and delivery ok - no issues. Acceptable supply time

Super correct! A personal phone communication to inform me of a delay in the deadlines... really appreciated... then a perfect delivery! top-notch packaging... the trampoline perfectly meets our expectations in terms of sturdiness and quality of the fabric... we will see in the long run but we are very satisfied for now!

The material received seems to be of good quality after 1 week of testing. The only downside is the delivery in '24h' which turned into 1 week, and the appointment made by the delivery company which set a time slot like 'EDF'! on a certain day between 8am and 6pm!

In terms of quality/sturdiness and use, it has absolutely nothing to do with the trampolines from the competition (Chinese (internet)) or even Decathlon! Sure, more expensive... but nothing to compare. Structure, jumping mat, and net are of quality and very sturdy. On-time delivery, support available when you call... in short... I didn't even know that this still existed nowadays. One remark on the instructions (very well done by the way when you do a bit of DIY): There is a missing note on the assembly of the front tubes before placing the W feet which... if you are not careful makes you fit the feet misaligned with respect to the

Fast delivery and quality of the trampoline

The site is very clear, we were able to choose thanks to the very clear indications.....the delivery was a bit long, but I must say we were impatient to receive the birthday gift!!!! (thanks to the delivery person who played along in front of my daughter who did not know it was the trampoline for her birthday!!!)

Too bad the carrier does not notify of its first passage, by SMS or email, we missed it by 5 minutes! The package is impeccable, the product too, no problem.

Apart from a few minor design flaws, I am very satisfied with the service provided by France Trampoline. The trampofoot arrived slightly damaged, the after-sales service had no difficulty and quickly sent me another one. The materials used are of good quality, but I do not give 5 stars due to small design errors like the protective socks for the posts which have a hole too small to go over the top of the post, so we have to mount them upside down by putting them in from the bottom. The hoop of the net is a bit too small and the elements come apart, I think that in the medium term the friction of these dislodged elements with the sleeve will tear it. Aside from these drawbacks, assembly is not complicated, one adult and one child are sufficient. A good quality-price ratio, which easily surpasses the cheaper Chinese production.

Yes, I AM QUITE SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE. YOU HAVE BEEN CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE AND THE ONLINE PURCHASE AND FAST IN SHIPPING. I WOULD LIKE TO FIND A NET FOR AN ELASTIC BED OF THE DIMENSIONS I HAVE ACQUIRED, BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE IT. CONSIDERING THAT THE BED IS FOR AN APARTMENT, THE DIMENSIONS SHOULD BE AS SMALL AS POSSIBLE. I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE SOME 'FIX' THANK YOU.
