Excellent product, happy children. Deadline respected. Area for improvement: the assembly instructions, the drawings are not precise enough.
Positives: the quality of the material, Top!... the delivery time, the packaging itself,... Areas for improvement: The entire logistics part, no confirmation email upon payment, hence the doubt of having fallen on a pirate site, no order tracking on the website, the delivery person (it is not France Trampoline but a service provider) who contacts us to warn us on the day of delivery, unable to give us a time frame for delivery (Sorry we also work!) we manage to get the info that he will deliver between 11am and 6pm, I take half a day off for the afternoon to receive the package and boom!... he shows up at 8am... In conclusion: Super material, the kids are having fun safely, but it's a shame that this material does not have the logistics corresponding to the quality of the material!... This will not prevent me from ordering on the site...
I am very satisfied with the service, order, advice, delivery. The Apollo material is of good quality. Assembly took an afternoon. The explanatory instructions for assembly are correct but I had difficulties trying to follow the instructions for attaching the protective net under the trampoline. Not all plastic hooks of the net can hook onto the D-rings! In trying to do so, I put the net under too much tension and 4 rings broke at the first jumps. (I replaced them with small carabiners that I hooked at the level of the springs, so the net is less tense)

First of all, a good site, easy to use. A wide choice and good advice for choosing your trampoline. Very serious delivery person (rare these days) we agreed on an appointment and he arrived at the scheduled time, very convenient when you have little time. Very happy with the responsiveness between the order and the delivery date (beware of the delivery provider who was not up to par (see very mediocre)). However, the assembly of the trampoline went very well (about 2 hours)... The children have a lot of fun in it ... for hours!!!! Small regret, the springs squeak when a person over 60kg uses it... My purchase from France Trampoline is the result of a chance reading of the weekly Famille Chrétienne. The product seems to be good. Its price also seems to be one of the highest on the market but I have no quality comparison. One weak point, however, several of the net attachments under the mat immediately broke during installation.
So far everything is unbeatable
Negative point: the manual is a bit too brief (like many products these days). Positive points: very available customer service if you have questions (which was my case). Material of very high quality (I ordered an oval 490). The tubes are huge, and the net is very resistant as advertised. The protective cushion is so thick that it is impossible to get hurt when falling or walking on it. The net is attached at the bottom of the trampoline which makes it impossible to pass through the net (the entrance door has a double security, velcro inside and safety clips outside). I recommend this product 100% to buy with your eyes closed. Just be careful about the size in the garden, it is huge (4m90) 🙂 🙂

The trampoline purchased corresponds exactly to the description on the site. Of good quality, it is easy to implement by following the instructions provided. The safety net caused us some difficulties knowing that the carbon fiber bar that closes the circle tended to open, we had to put a rope at the top to tighten the posts so that they take the right shape. This is just a detail because I reiterate that we are fully satisfied with our purchase. We are waiting for the delivery of the small trampoline offered and forgotten by the carrier for 1 week. I recommend the site and the trampoline purchased, namely the Jum'Up in 430 cms, good fun!!!

Regarding the trampoline, the product seems robust and of quality. In any case, the children already love it. Small downside, the installation instructions' diagrams could be clearer (perhaps due to the quality of printing).

Customer service is okay although a bit unresponsive at first. No difficulty exchanging a defective part under warranty after providing photos proving the breakage of this part.
