Quality product. Good advice and friendliness on the phone, quick and efficient customer service. Fast delivery and friendly carrier (that's rare). Overall, the site and products are to be recommended. Just make a little effort on the assembly instructions which are very brief.

Good commercial contact, fast delivery within the expected time. I chose France Trampoline because there is a guarantee of having all the spare parts just in case. It's a shame that for small technical questions, we have to wait for the technician to get back to us.

The carrier contacted us to arrange the delivery and it was only during this delivery that he mentioned having only one package out of the three expected. This necessitated a second visit from the carrier the next day for the two missing packages. It would have been simpler if the carrier had informed us during the first contact, we would have asked him to wait for a single complete delivery.

Very good description of the products on the site. Fast shipping. Note, the carrier was supposed to call me 30 minutes before delivery but did not do so. Fortunately, I was home when he arrived. Boxes damaged but not the contents. Long assembly but easy with two people. Everyone loves it.

Package delivered without any problem. Complete kit. Quality material. Note: be careful with the assembly documents. Some pages in Italian appear in the middle of the French ones.

Impressed by the quality of the trampoline. One of the users is autistic and plays safely. Maybe a bit of grease would have been necessary before assembly to ensure future disassembly.
