I was pleasantly surprised because there was nothing to say about the delivery, it took us 2 hours to assemble the trampoline with 2 people with no bad surprises which is quite rare, the quality is really great (to see over time) no unpleasant surprises except maybe the fact that I ordered the fixing kit at the same time which is still not available which worries me a bit because we are in a rather windy region and I put stakes in the meantime, that's all.

Very good site, very good product, quick and precise information by phone. Bag of small parts a bit fragile and bolts spilled in the box: was one missing or did we not find it... anyway, a detail.

I wrote them a note asking them that the shipping address of the bed was not the postal address, since the place where I wanted the delivery is a property where there are no streets, and I indicated that in the address sent they would explain how to get to the site. They did not listen to me, and I had to carry the 120 Kg. and move them awkwardly damaging the car to my home.
