Nothing to complain about: deadlines respected; delivery as expected; trampoline assembly OK and quality visibly very good (to be confirmed in use of course), kids delighted in the end!

Trampoline Jump'Up 4.30m super quality, my husband assembled it in 2 hours, the girls are having a blast, the trampo foot offers new games... The tricks keep coming... and my girls are not holding back! For one of their birthdays, there were 8 of them, under supervision of course. I am happy to have opted for a trampoline from France Trampoline, I had to exceed my budget but the option of paying in 3 installments without fees allowed me this excess, and given the quality of the material I have no regrets. Of course, there are trampolines at more accessible prices but the quality is not at all the same, and the safety of my girls is priceless! Trampoline delivered quickly - the delivery person was very professional, he helped me check the contents of the packages. Everything was there.

A customer of France Trampoline for over 5 years, I am still very satisfied. I recommend this company to anyone looking to acquire a trampoline. Quality services and products. Father of three children aged 13, 10, and 8, our trampoline is the best toy I have ever bought. They never get tired of it and at least they are not staring at a screen. They expend energy. It also brings joy to the children who come to the house. Convinced parents. However, I would never have bought it without the net.

Nothing to say about the material, however the partner carrier is not the fastest (one week after delivery by France Trampoline). Nothing too bothersome for leisure material but other carriers are much faster

The trampoline has just been assembled, of very good quality, the kids are thrilled!!!

I have nothing to say about the quality of the interlocutors and their seriousness. The only concern is that I did not receive the entirety of the order and do not know the outcome of this matter. Indeed, upon opening the box, 2 items were listed on the delivery note and only 1 was in the box. I was told that I should have made reservations on the delivery note. I am not in the habit of opening the packages that are delivered to me and only check that the box is not damaged, which was not the case. I hope to have a favorable outcome...

Excellent, I have nothing to say

Excellent quality trampoline, easy to assemble (with two people). The kids love it. Everything arrived on time, well packaged. The only downside is that the delivery person left everything on the road, at the bottom of our house. We had to unpack all the packages to bring everything up to the house (house in the mountains).

1st contact very good FT, product compliant and top quality. Read the instructions well and you will save time. 1st and 2nd contact with the delivery person top My only downside: a not-so-great driver during delivery but FT can't do anything about that!! I recommend this site and its products with my eyes closed.

The trampoline is well made, too bad the instructions are not more explicit.

Delivery time not respected by the carrier due to a delay in delivery of a few days.

I am very happy with my purchase (jump up 300), it is of very good quality. No delivery problems, delivered on time. Only downside: I bought a protective skirt and I find it a bit expensive.

Quality material that meets our expectations. It would have been preferable for the carrier to contact us 72 hours in advance as planned instead of notifying us on the day of delivery.
