The trampoline is really of good quality. The assembly went perfectly. Call to customer service for additional information: impeccable quality of commercial service, available, nothing to complain about. The quality will be seen in use but for now we are fully satisfied. It is already rare to have an assembly where everything fits perfectly, it is for me a guarantee of quality.

The +: product delivered within short deadlines. The -: the carrier did not call (as planned) to notify of the delivery. No feedback yet on the product, as it has not yet been assembled.

I found the phone contact perfect, the deadlines perfect, although I had a small issue with the carrier for my second order.. I think you should specify that when changing a tarp, it is preferable to change the springs at the same time. I believe I remember that the spare parts were not printed in the catalog you offer
