Ultra-fast delivery and quality products. Great satisfaction.

I was able to get information by phone without any problem from a friendly person who seemed competent. Fast delivery. The hip hop trampoline has been in place for a week and seems sturdy although I find the protective pad a bit thin. Overall very satisfying.

The trampoline fixing kit is missing, without warning the delivery of the package is made mentioning the two items.

The delivery had a problem: the delivery person only contacted us once in front of our gate, at 2 PM in the middle of a working day... There should either be an email beforehand informing us of the delivery time, or a call at least 4 hours in advance.

I am very satisfied with the delivery time, trampoline ordered on Thursday evening, delivered on Wednesday morning. I give 4 stars because during assembly, we had a crushed tube which hindered us in assembling the structure. Fortunately, with a few hammer blows, we were able to fit the two pieces together... I will leave another review in a few months to assess the sturdiness against the weather (spring protection cover, net, faded color or not, etc...)
