Particular context as the trampoline is installed on a terrace. The advice was excellent. A few small issues with the delivery appointment.

Friendly and available staff. My contact knew the products and could advise me. It's nice not to face an anonymous call center... A unique contact followed my order. The initial delivery deadline was not met, but my contact actively worked to ensure I was delivered nonetheless in a timeframe compatible with the Christmas holidays. The product has some minor non-conformities, but I believe the level of service will be there to remedy it.

The package was delivered quickly, well packaged and in very good condition. Once the packages were opened, the different parts that make up the trampoline seem to be of good quality. The kids are thrilled with their gift. For the assembly, verdict on the first nice days during the assembly and the first trials of the trampoline by the children.

No problem with this purchase (Ovalie trampoline), hours of play ahead. The quality is there, nothing to do with the cheap trampolines.

Deadlines respected.

Trampoline ordered on Sunday evening and delivered on Thursday morning. Perfect condition. Simple assembly and without help in 3 hours (trampoline, net, steps, ground fixings). I don't have much knowledge in trampolines but the quality seems good.

Very good website and very good welcome, correct delivery time. however, big downside on the delivery, the company was supposed to deliver to us on Friday between 9 am and 4 pm, I waited all day and no one came. The carrier showed up at my home on Monday morning without warning me and left a notice of passage. I had to call them to reschedule an appointment and ask them why they didn't come and that they could at least warn when they can't come. They replied without apologizing that it was normal not to warn because the procedure was made that way. I think this procedure is detrimental to your future clients, that's why I am bringing this information to your attention. Best regards. Happy end of year celebrations.
