The product is of great quality. I bought a Jump'Up 250 in 2013 and sold it second-hand to buy an Ovalie 430 this year. We are very happy with the quality of the product. Commercially, I am very surprised by the quality of Leyre's service, I personally work in sales but in another sector and the value that the salesperson brings is very important. I believe that Leyre adds value to the relationship in terms of customer service.

This trampoline is great. It impresses with its size. Once on it, there is room for tricks. I do not regret choosing the large size, given the number of times children or adults end up on the side mats. Thanks to the sales service for its responsiveness and availability. Delivery tracking was perfect. I take away one star regarding the difficulty of assembling the new fiberglass arch and the sometimes difficult-to-follow manual. But the sales service is impeccable once again.

Good phone advice before purchase. Reactivity in the face of missing parts in the packages (additional shipment the same day) The assembly sketches could be improved and more readable. Assembly manual poorly assembled (one page in French, the next in Spanish, the third in English)

Wow trampoline spacious at 4m60, good bounce, seems solid, to be judged in 2 or 3 years.. my 10-year-old boys are having a blast!!! nice design!! the net part may seem complicated to assemble especially the poles: the green cover is difficult to slide along the pole while holding the foam, that's the only downside to improve... the payment in 3 installments is very appreciated and the delivery time is very correct

We ordered an Oxygen 250 trampoline with a net, with the instruction to be contacted for delivery. Everything went as we wished. The assembly is not complicated but takes a good hour. Four bolts were missing, after contacting customer service, very welcoming and customer-oriented, we received the bolts within 3 days! For now, the kids are happy and so are we!
