One small issue: a part of the protective net attachment was broken upon arrival, but quick exchange after sending photos as proof. In short, nothing to complain about. Thank you very much. I appreciated the professionalism of this company, as well as the ease of contacting them. A small downside regarding a breakage after a storm, no commercial gesture on the high shipping costs when for me the fault was indeed shared.

This trampoline skirt is solid, practical with its pockets, easy to install. I was afraid it would be too small at first, as I couldn't close it. But after readjusting each strap (don't hesitate to redo it several times to stretch the fabric well), it's perfect. The 3.60m model fits perfectly for my 3.65m trampoline, purchased from another sports store. Additional positive mention for responding to my question about compatibility between this skirt and my trampoline very quickly.

Advice before the sale very accurate according to needs; Fast delivery, call from the delivery person to schedule an appointment and respect for the appointment. Missing product and resent the day of the call received the next day, I assembled the 3.60m trampoline by myself, my husband helped me with a few springs. One point of improvement to consider on the manual which would benefit from a bit of color and photos in addition to sketches. For the net, I had to flip through the pages of the manual which were mixed in languages. With its colors, it blends into the landscape. My children appreciate the trampofoot gift, the trampoline seems sturdy and made with good materials which I hope will last at least 5 years. This is actually the kind of review that is missing on the site: section "your trampoline a few years later" in any case for my part appointment in 4 years at which point I estimate my purchase amortized Thank you France Trampoline my children are crazy with joy and so am I 🙂
