I wanted to replace the net of my Jump'up 360 trampoline. On the site, I saw 2 references that were suitable, but in the photos, it was impossible to know what the differences were. I therefore wrote an email to support, but I did not get more explanation. I chose the cheapest net. It was not the original one, so a bit disappointed. On the phone, I mentioned a broken fiberglass rod and that I found it unfortunate to have to buy 12 as proposed by the site, while only one was necessary. The amount was sent to me for free. From that point of view, I am satisfied.
Had to change the bars because the anchoring system did not hold for 9 months and the trampoline flew away. The order was supposed to ship the same day. I had to call back 3 weeks later because it still hadn't shipped. 3 iron bars and two trinkets for 35% of the total price of the trampoline. Elastic not provided in the bars that hold the upper net. In short, it's good Chinese junk!!
Excellent products. Our trampoline is 10 years old and I only need to change the skirt this year. We had not yet bought a cover for the winter. That is now done.
